• Coordinate the admission process for new residents, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate

• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, families, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and visitors, addressing concerns and questions in a timely and professional manner

• Collaborate with the care team to develop individualized care plans and ensure residents receive the highest quality care

• Manage and maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall resident experience

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups

• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
