RN 11-7 Supervisor every other Weekend

The Palace Care Center, a 165 bed sub-acute and long-term care facility located in Maple Shade, NJ is seeking a RN-Nurse Supervisor who manages the nursing employees on the nursing units and assures the smooth operations of the facility for a desginated shift.

The ideal candidate will have an understanding of geriatrics and will lead the charge in ensuring patient satisfaction and providing excellent care. We are specifically looking for an individual with the skills to organize and implement procedures, as well as communicate a clear vision to staff members.

Responsibilities:

• Work with multiple interdisciplinary teams to meet the needs of geriatrics residents.
• Work with doctors and other healthcare providers to ensure residents are receiving appropriate care.
• Meet with families and caregivers to advise them on the care and treatment of their loved ones.
• Provide medical guidance to staff members.
• Participate in educational programs for staff members.
• Organize, conduct, and record resident evaluations; serve as a liaison between residents and families.
• Maintain high resident quality and satisfaction standards.
