Job Description:

• Assist individuals with disabilities in developing and enhancing life skills.

• Provide support in community integration and participation.

• Implement individualized plans to achieve personal goals.

• Foster independence and inclusion within the community.

• Offer short-term relief to caregivers of individuals with disabilities.

• Follow care plans and ensure the well-being of individuals in the absence of their primary caregivers.

• Engage in activities that promote socialization and recreation.

Salary is $17-$20 Per Hour
