A typical day for a Groundskeeper includes:

· Ensuring the daily upkeep of buildings and grounds in order to present the Community in a positive and impressive manner for Residents and guests

· Responsibility of the lawn care, landscaping, and snow/ice removal where applicable

Groundskeeper Requirements:

· High school Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)

· Minimum one (1) year of landscaping and groundskeeping experience

· Proof of Covid-19 Vaccination
