Freehold, New Jersey (In-Office) | Full-Time | $80,000–$90,000 + Performance Bonus 

Reports To: Chief People Officer 

About the Role 

Welltel is a fast-growing telehealth company, and we're hiring a recruiter to help us grow. You'll own full-cycle hiring end to end, with a primary focus on health care providers — nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and physicians — plus administrative and operations roles across the business.

What You'll Do 

• Source, screen, and hire providers and administrative staff from first contact to start date. 

• Partner with clinical leadership and department heads to define what each role needs. 

• Build and maintain a pipeline so we're never hiring reactively. 

• Coordinate interviews and keep candidates informed and engaged throughout. 

• Work with our credentialing team on provider licensure and documentation. 

• Extend offers and track hiring activity and results. 

What You Bring 

• Recruiting experience with a track record of hiring health care providers or clinical staff. 

• Familiarity with provider licensure and credentialing. 

• Comfort juggling multiple open roles at once. 

• Strong communication skills and a genuine candidate-first approach. 

• Availability to work on-site in Freehold, Monday through Friday.
